Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct specialized recruitment for various industries and roles, ensuring alignment with both client needs and candidate expectations.
Utilize innovative recruitment tools and techniques such as digital platforms, talent search centers, and proprietary software to engage and source candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
Engage in talent consulting, providing strategic advice to clients on talent management, acquisition strategies, and market trends.
Ensure a seamless fit between candidates and company culture through comprehensive assessments and evaluations.
Participate in local and international networking events to foster relationships and expand the recruitment network.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role, with a strong track record of fulfilling complex staffing requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with clients and candidates.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
Strong analytical skills to assess candidate information and make informed placement decisions.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Experience in specialized recruitment sectors such as IT, Finance, Legal, or Engineering is highly advantageous.
