- Working with stakeholders across Government and Industry to operationalise key regulations relating to online safety and misinformation. Multiple stakeholder negotiations and coordination are expected.
- Conducting Content Assessments on possibly violating online content, and take necessary regulatory action to deal with harmful online content.
- Conducting Annual Compliance Assessments to evaluate if regulated online services are in compliance with Codes of Practice.
- Evaluating and responding to stakeholder reports and public feedback on Online Content.
- Degree in Humanities, Computer Science, Social Sciences, Mass Communications or Legal Studies.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technology policy or operations related role in the private or public sectors. Job grade will be based on duration and level of relevant work experience.
- Strong interest in online safety, and good knowledge of how online platforms operate, including social media services, apps stores and online video games.
- Experience in Public Policy, Online Content Regulation, Online Trust and Safety would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, communication, inter-personal and writing skills.
