Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to expand our Derivatives (Futures/Options) and Forex/Bullion business in the retail and affluent segment by acquiring new clients as well as increasing revenue by improving clients' experience.

Candidates with strong communication skills and enjoys the challenge of working towards targets will be welcome to join the team. In this role, you will be involved in all aspect of the sales cycle from leads generation to closing the deal and supporting clients' daily trading activities.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Work closely with business managers and team members to strategise and execute business plans to achieve targets.
Develop new sales channels to generate leads and referrals
Create and manage marketing activities to increase new account acquisition and trading volume
Conduct regular market intelligence activities to be up to date with competition.
Building relationships with existing clients including High Net Worth and active traders to increase clients' experience.
Organising/conducting trading related seminars and coaching sessions to educate clients on our products and market trends.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma and above in any discipline
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Public speaking and presentation skills required
Team player, who is committed and self-driven, with the ability to respond positively to client request for assistance
Previous experiences in marketing or sales roles is preferred
Good knowledge on Fundamental and/or Technical Analysis in the Futures or Forex market is an advantage
