Description
Roles & Responsibilities*Client Information Responsibilities:*
Ensure all contact information for vendors/3rd Parties is updated regularly.
Verify that all hardware is within warranty coverage.
Maintain and update helpdesk specific procedures on a quarterly basis.
Attend daily Account Management Meetings in person.
Monitor tickets on a daily basis.
Keep monthly client numbers updated.
*Client Meetings:*
Coordinate monthly meetings with all clients.
Send follow-up emails within 24 hours of each meeting.
Log any support issues with the helpdesk.
Provide clients with action plans within 48 hours.
Track and update ongoing issues daily.
Develop a roadmap for the upcoming year, including technology and work effort.
Conduct quarterly or semi-annual client presentations.
*Quotes:*
Process all quotes through the helpdesk following the quote flow diagram.
Check quotes regularly and transfer them appropriately.
*Proposals:*
Discuss project outlines with the tech team leader.
Obtain work effort sign-off from a Director.
Complete proposals within 2 working days of request.
*Major Incidents:*
Provide escalation support when necessary and keep clients informed.
Send out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports within 24 hours of issue resolution.
Follow up with clients once incidents are resolved.
This role requires good organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to effectively manage client relationships and ensure smooth operations within the technical support framework.
