    We are on the lookout for a Sales Development Representative to handle inbound leads, source new leads, and engage potential customers. Reporting to the Head of Customer Success and Renewals, you will strategically identify and qualify revenue opportunities within your designated territory. Ideal candidates must be driven, persistent, and self-starters.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Generate business opportunities to drive sales within Enterprise Accounts
    • Research and engage with new prospects through various channels
    • Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets
    • Hold discussions with Executives from prospect accounts
    • Promote Terrascope and the benefits of the SaaS model
    • Source and cultivate new leads for B2B sales
    • Proficient in cold calling and crafting compelling emails to schedule pitches in APAC and Japan
    • Exceed sales targets and performance metrics independently
    • Establish strong relationships with potential customers
    • Effectively initiate conversations and pitches with potential clients
    • Maintain an active pipeline consisting of numerous leads
    • Adopt a customer-centric approach and empathize with their needs

    Requirements:

    • Passion for customer success and sustainability
    • Experience in sales within Asean and Japan regions
    • Minimum 2 years of Inside Sales experience in SaaS
    • Demonstrated sales expertise and target achievement
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
    • Strong networker with the skill to build connections
    • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
    • Proficient in cold calling with prior experience in outreach
    • Contributes positively to office culture
    • Proficiency in English is mandatory

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Proficiency in Japanese
    • Experience with Hubspot
    • Network and experience in industries like Food and Beverage, Agriculture, and Industrials
