    Roles & Responsibilities

    Meeting Matters International ("Meet Matt") is a premier academic, scientific, and engineering conference management company based in Singapore serving clients in different parts of Asia. To augment the present team, Meet Matt is looking for a talented individual to join its team.

    Job Description:

    The incumbent is primarily responsible for developing and executing activities to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and generate positive outcomes for the organization. Includes tasks such as coordinating event logistics, supporting operations, managing promotional materials, assisting with digital marketing efforts, liaising with vendors, and ensuring a seamless execution of marketing strategies for events.

    Responsibilities:

    • Developing comprehensive plans outlining goals, target audience, and key messages
    • Design and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, and invitations.
    • Utilize online platforms for event promotion, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
    • Develop and adhere to event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
    • Plan activities or strategies to enhance participant engagement during the event.
    • Evaluate the success of the event through surveys, feedback analysis, and metrics to inform future strategies.
    • Develop a communication plan for pre-event, during the event, and post-event phases to keep stakeholders informed.
    • Liaison with exhibitors/ sponsors, ensuring fulfillment of exhibit/sponsorship commitments and maximizing their visibility.
    • Develop event-related content, such as presentations, speeches, or video materials.
    • Generate reports summarizing event performance and key takeaways for future improvement.

    Position Requirements:

    • A bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, communications, business or related field
    • Relevant experience in event marketing, coordination, or related roles
    • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools for event promotion
    • Capability to analyze event performance data and derive insights for improvement.
    • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
