- Ensure the sales team identifies potential customer segments and achieves lead targets
- Support lead management strategy on critical accounts
- Coordinate potential marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Monitor lead segment and outreach quality
- Ensure team metrics are consistently meeting targets monthly
- Supervise the conversion of opportunities into contracts
- Support the sales team in liaising with delivery centers
- Develop and implement an account management schedule for customer segments
- Assist in local pricing and partner/equipment sourcing
- Establish long-term support contracts
- Review and respond to Customer Feedback
- Manage Customer Interaction, Escalations, and Change Management
- Implement Customer Retention Strategy
- Identify and onboard talent
- Oversee completion of Induction training
- Provide training on individual KPIs and review comprehension
- Conduct monthly feedback/coaching sessions with team
- Set an example of Great Place to Work (GPTW)
- Balancing workload within the team and sales expectations
- Drive talent training & development
- Accompany AMs on sales visits for onsite support
- Support cross-functional communication
- Supervise and coordinate project preparation
- Plan and oversee project execution
- Supervise onsite activities
- Manage storage and logistic strategy
- Ensure a strong focus on Customer Service and Element of Surprise
- Develop infrastructure for an exceptional customer journey
- Continuously identify and develop new approaches, standards, and tools for adoption within different functions
- Develop Material strategy for all Training Functions
- Enhance resource structuring, engagement, and development strategy
- Enhance communication and bilateral learning with/from resources
- Boost process efficiency across all functions
- Mediate internal disputes
- Strengthen Quality management processes
- Support finance in communicating payment issues with clients when needed
- Attractive base monthly salary of 4,500 to 6,000 SGD
