    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    Inbound management
    Tracking of containers
    Coordination with suppliers, factory & warehouse
    Management of licenses, certifications and damage goods
    Managing and resolving of all custom related issues

    Purchase Order Creation
    Creation of purchase order for operations related components
    Creation of purchase order for adhoc operations purchases, including services

    Inventory management
    System reconciliation between SAP & 3rd Party Logistics WMS
    Management of disposal and write off
    Tracking of manual order form

    Invoice validation
    Verifying of vendors invoices
    Verifying of 3rd Party providers – including permits, warehouse & trucking
    Verifying of external vendors such as disposal

    Operations
    Coordination of appliances re-work process, both internal and 3rd Party Logistics
    Management of import / export to Malaysia warehouse
    Management of NI list
    Resolving all operations related issues with various stakeholders (Sales, 3rd Party Logistics, Ecommerce, Marketing etc)

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – Pivot Table & vLookup
