- Maintain operational manuals to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Air Navigation Order, IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) and Star Alliance Core Values
- Communicate ground services procedures to stations and other business units
- Generate monthly operational data report to track and monitor stations and other operational performances
- Review and update the content on internal SharePoint & SIA website
- Provide input / advice to stations and other departments on ground services handling procedures
- Review and report department's budgeting, billing and invoicing matters
- Review and evaluate the specifications and the annual quantity for the ground operations stationeries (tags, labels, forms, uniform etc)
- Manage and coordinate training schedules and programs for overseas station staff
- Provide other administration and operational support to the team
- A diploma in any discipline
- Prior experience in airport and airline operations preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, especially SharePoint
- Knowledge and experience in Tableau software will be advantageous
- Ability to grasp concepts and situations quickly
- Detail oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
