- Assist the Compliance Department, and corporate compliance (as needed), generally with compliance related tasks, as required
- Gather appropriate information and initiate compliance approval requests for customers and vendors, via the global database, and communicate with business sponsors and the accounts department as relevant. - Monitor, organize and coordinate the submission of employee licensing and renewals in accordance with the application procedures and regulatory requirements
- Monitor employee gaming license renewals, communicate with licensed staff in relation to renewals, draft notices to regulators in relation to routine gaming and licensing applications, and maintain an organized internal licensed employee register. Organize and keep a master program sheet of all ongoing submission across the Asian jurisdictions
- Run a weekly compliance overview meeting to ensure stakeholder alignment
- Liaise with customer compliance departments, prepare and respond to customer licensing audits and other related requests,
- Assist the other Director's (Legal and technical compliance) with document processing of various policies, contracts and/or regulatory submissions (reviewing commentary, creating and modifying track changes, compare and quality assurance)
- Maintenance of licensing, contracts and policies e-library
- Advanced Microsoft Word knowledge and skills
- Solid team player who is flexible and open to change
- Astute and pro-active approach
- Knowledge, of gaming regulations relating to the manufacture or supply of gaming equipment
- Strong organizational skills

- 3+ years in a business administration environment
- Experience in a licensing environment, preferably within a regulated industry would be highly advantageous
- Tertiary education or equivalent experience
- Qualifications relating to document processing and formatting would be highly regarded
- The work conditions are representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations
- May require domestic and international travel
- Actively co-operate and comply with the company's WHS Policy and Program to ensure own health and safety and the health and safety of others in the workplace
- Ensure compliance with safe work practices
- Ensure not to put self and others at risk
- Use and maintain equipment properly and ensure that the work area is free of hazards
