Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Manage and execute the day-to-day operations of our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok.
Develop, manage and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar.
Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing content to be shared across all platforms.
Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly to user inquiries and comments.
Analyse social media metrics and generate reports on the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to ensure the company's social media presence remains relevant and effective.
Support in other digital marketing activities as needed.
Daily posting of products, content on social media and ecommerce platforms.
Support to execute marketing plans including localised contents, exclusive collections, and promotions

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of marketing/branding working experience in social media marketing, and familiar with current social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter and ecommerce platforms.
Familiar with a retail business model.
Strong passion for social media and a good understanding of popular social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus
A creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
Willingness to go above and beyond for your team.
Positivity, flexibility and resourcefulness

Job Details:

Location - Orchard
Working Hours - 3 Days Work Week (Mon - Wed)
9am to 6pm
