- Assist in managing all aspects of the client and portfolio process, including lease administration and portfolio reporting across Asia Pacific
- Manage the daily running and administration of corporate client accounts. The candidate must have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple clients / initiatives
- Assist Account Manager in managing all aspects of client real estate assignments including anticipating issues and problems in advance and creating strategies to avoid / minimize them
- Prepare financial / portfolio analyses and tactical recommendations to support client's decision making and the advancement of strategic real estate directives
- Assist in the preparation of tracking/ preparation of client approval steps and documentation
- Attend client project meetings and business development meetings / pitches
- Ensures lease database and records are accurate, timely reports are created and information shared as appropriate
- Assist with timely billing of completed transactions
- Lead ad-hoc project calls and transactions
- Degree holder, preferably in Real Estate, Finance or Business
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred; candidates without experience are also welcome to apply
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office (word, excel and power point)
- Outgoing team player who is able to communicate well and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Highly degree of personal proactivity, meticulous, enthusiastic, confident, logical thinking and a strong sense of responsibility
