    Job Responsibilities :

    • Perform reception duties
    • Perform full administrative and coordination support
    • Manage partial HR Documentation and data entry
    • Handle induction of new recruitment
    • Manage travel arrangement
    • Handle the distribution of IT equipment to the staffs
    • Maintain office equipment and pantry
    • Preparation of presentation slides for management
    • Process order for office purchases
    • Manage facilities arrangement for the company
    • Manage proper documentation of Contracts and Agreements
    • Any other duties assigned by superior or management
    • Those available immediately will be an added advantage
