Description

Responsibilities

Support implementation of new systems and system changes.
Manage IT assets and IT systems in terms of supporting, troubleshooting and administration.
Ensure new PCs are set up in accordance with Company's policies.
Support in Cybersecurity matters e.g. PC hardening.
Work with different stakeholders including internal and external parties e.g. equipment suppliers for IT systems' hardware and software matters.
Involve in Disaster Recovery Exercises for various systems.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Implement changes to systems after office hours including Sundays (when required).

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in IT system support role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and computer knowledge.
Knowledge in AWS cloud, network setup and programming language will be an advantage.
Possess good attitude, time management, and coordination skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to learn new/latest technologies
Able to work well independently or in a team environment.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.45pm (may need to work on weekends occasionally when required.

.May need to commute to other office at 249 Jalan Boon Lay when required.
