    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Greet and assist visitors, providing them with necessary information and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
    • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
    • Receive and sort incoming mail and packages, distributing them to the relevant recipients.
    • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for meeting rooms.
    • Perform basic office administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
    • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, replenishing items as needed.
    • Assist with simple office maintenance tasks, such as replenishing vending machines and ensuring office equipment is in working order.
    • Collaborate with other administrative staff to support office operations as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Candidate must possess at least "O" Level or equivalent.
    • Minimum one year of experience in customer service, te
    • Minimum one year of experience in customer service, telemarketing, receptionist or related role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Professional demeanor and appearance.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
