- Receive and sort incoming mail and packages, distributing them to the relevant recipients.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for meeting rooms.
- Perform basic office administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, replenishing items as needed.
- Assist with simple office maintenance tasks, such as replenishing vending machines and ensuring office equipment is in working order.
