You will be the bridge between the client and the team by ensuring we deliver exceptional creatives to the client on time and on budget. You will assist / lead the accounts by ensuring sustainable relationships with the client on a long-term basis.

Responsibilities:

Excellent in interpersonal relations

Strong presentation skills

Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss event project briefs, deliver consistent project updates to clients / stakeholder

Identifying new business opportunities, suggest company services that maximize client satisfaction

Shortlist and lead new event project pitching, manage budgets

Source for venue selection, accomodation arrangements, transportation, catering and activities

Manage proposal, quotation, billing preparation

Coordinate and oversee all logistical and operations of events

Work closely with team, clients and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of event

Be involved in projects pre-production, production and post-production process

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
