Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant at Benchmark Staffing Solutions, you step into a role that promises a highly rewarding compensation package, and also opens the door to ample career development and global exposure opportunities. The Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process and manage the offer process with confidence, dealing with counter offers and negotiating packages on behalf of candidates and clients;
Manage AR of your clients;
Identify, engage and match exceptional candidates to suitable job roles amidst a challenging job market;
Identify and develop new business opportunities;
Conduct interviews/phone screening and select potential candidates to meet clients' requirements;
Develop your professional network to become go-to talent resource in the region.

The Talent We Require:

Diploma in any field of study, preferably with some prior experience in sales or client-facing roles;
Performing reference and background checks;
Self-motivated, target-oriented and sales-focused, with good follow-up skills;
Individuals who possess the art of persuasion and are able to navigate difficult conversations and achieve positive outcomes;
Driven and resilient individuals that have a strong desire to succeed;
Proficient in Microsoft office applications;
CEI certified will be advantageous;
For Singaporeans or Permanent Residents only.
