    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Our Client is a Fortune 500 Company and is one of the largest integrated refiners, marketer of petroleum products and chemical manufacturers in the world.

    Work Location - Jurong Island

    Work Pattern - 40 hours a week, Mon – Fri

    Scope of Work

    · Duties may include: typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail.

    · May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information.

    · Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving.

    Requirements

    · Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    · Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems

    · Must be able to multi-task and prioritize

    · Strong administrative coordination abilities and customer service

    · Experience in SAP, preferred
