    Roles & Responsibilities

    Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 (Depending on experience)

    Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm

    Working Days: Monday to Friday

    Working Location: Suntec

    Job Descriptions:

    • Establish and improve financial systems, management systems, and internal control processes.
    • Supervise the execution of financial budgets, cost control, fund control, accounting, report preparation, tax accounting and filing, tax control, annual and special audits, etc., according to the above systems.
    • Prepare daily accounting vouchers, ledgers, reports, and other archival materials, implementing institutional confidentiality and archival management systems to ensure proper storage.
    • Assist the organization in strengthening the collection, expenditure, and management of various funds, as well as various ticket and account management. Conduct comprehensive budget management and strictly control financial income and expenses.
    • Daily accounting practices, including invoicing, bookkeeping, reconciliation, inventory, annual reports, final settlement and payment of taxes, reasonable tax planning, etc.
    • Assist in the planning and design of the organization's personnel compensation system.
    • Handle administrative tasks for the organization and participate in some business negotiations.

    Requirements:

    • Proficient in both English and Chinese strong oral and written so that can liaise with Chinese counterparties.
    • Qualification in Finance, Accounting, ACCA, or a Professional Accountancy Certification.
    • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of applicable professional experience.
    • Capable of overseeing, advising, and guiding colleagues.
    • Initiative-driven, capable of both independent work and collaborative teamwork.
    • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proficient in computer skills, particularly in MS Office, especially Excel.
    • Adaptable and effective in a dynamic work setting.
