    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Head of Events and Sponsorship, the responsibilities and essential job functions includes but not limited to the following:

    1. Planning and organising of Club Events to continuously engage members and to take charge of several interest groups and sections under Member Engagement.
    2. Able to plan events and execution including coordinating with vendors and following up with the necessary arrangement.
    3. Manage events registration process and to create a streamlined experience for the members.
    4. Coordinating with vendors and following up with the necessary arrangement.
    5. Ensure all Social events and Member Engagement Activity enquiries and registrations are answered, followed up and executed in a timely manner (within 24 Hours).
    6. Oversee all administrative work relating to Events Department which includes raising POs, generating reports, event orders, filing, minutes recording, preparing meeting agenda and presentations etc.
    7. Ensuring all Club Events promotional materials are updated in the Club and all areas such as website, television signages etc.
    8. To record meeting minutes for Member Engagement Sub-Committee and Social Sub-Committee and prepare the presentation slides, agenda and organisation of the meetings.
    9. Collaborate with Catering Sales Department on all logistics requirement needed to ensure the successful execution of Club Events.
    10. Housekeeper of the Club Events Drive to ensure all relevant files are saved and to archive files which are no longer relevant.
    11. Responsible to overseeing all inventory under the Events Department.
