Description

This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on merger and acquisition deals in Asia market, supporting business development across different portfolios, and managing Asian asset management and private equity investments.

Client Details

Our client serves as the regional headquarters of an esteemed general trading company in Asia. Their reach extends across a diverse range of industries throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Description

Collaborate with various stakeholders on M&A projects
Analyze opportunities, and negotiate with seller or target companies
Support senior management in identifying and developing new business opportunities
Assist senior management in asset management business across the Asian region
Manage and support affiliated companies in Asia related to company's asset management and private equity investments
Assist management with the overall departmental operations and business activities

Profile

Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 3 years relevant experience
Willing to travel regularly
Strong knowledge of valuation, negotiation, funding, and investment structuring
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
