- Procurement and pricing support
- Maintaining Local FAK rates monthly from carriers
- Key Client monthly rate assistance
- Supporting FCL procurement Manager and backing up LCL Procurement Team
- Handling RFQs and all Ocean Freight, trucking, and warehousing inquiries from Commercial team and Network
- Managing Sea Freight Trucking Subcontractors
- Acting as superuser for costing in CWI
- Maintaining vendors' credits
- Providing GPM and CW1 system support
- GP analysis for High & Loss GP within Seafreight product by customer and by port pairs
- Analyzing loss shipments/accounts for appropriate actions
- Identifying opportunities to boost productivity and GP control
- Developing profit share from Partner countries and ensuring account consistency
- Conducting audits on Profit share and carrier Choices
- Monitoring and analyzing GP and Volume Trends
- Delivering ad-hoc reports as needed
- Performing other job-related tasks assigned by the superior
- Adhering to the Code of Conduct policy of the DSV Group
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially excel
- Being a team player
- Pro-active, positive, and resilient attitude
- Meticulous, independent, and able to perform under pressure
- Capable of multitasking, setting priorities, and meeting tight deadlines
- Handling difficult situations amicably
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge with the team

- Holder of a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding
- Proficient knowledge in Excel
