- The jobholders primary role is to assist the project director to complete projects on time within budget and within scope.
- The accountability includes identifying tasks, setting deadlines, and monitoring and reporting the progress of projects. In summary, he/she is expected to oversee all aspects of the projects and account for the project performance vis-à-vis project KPIs.
- He/she should be well versed in project management concepts, practices, and procedures; and able to lead and direct the project team. He/she is expected to perform a variety of tasks and be creative in sourcing for solutions.
- Define project scope and objectives.
- Have 6 to 10 years of experience as Project Manager
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
- Develop project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
- Measure project performance, report and escalation to management.
- Manage and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects to ensure successful delivery.
- Have the experience managing project with value at least 3 Million SGD
- Minimum 6 years of experience in project management or in a related area.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills including attention to details.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Project Management Tools such as JIRA, Sharepoint, MS Project, Power BI etc
- Competent and proficient in understanding IT Infrastructure (servers, storage, network, EUC, (structured cabling) and IT security.
- Experience in bio-medical equipment system is desirable but not necessary
- Must have PMP certificate
- Have experience leading group of Project Manager
