Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to Team Lead, Patient Services, the incumbent will assist in the smooth running of the Patient Services Office. He / She is responsible primarily to carry out patients' admission, means testing, financial counselling, billing and submission of claims. He / She will provide administrative support to Inpatient as well as Home Care and Day Care services.

Responsibilities:

Manage and process patient referrals
Handle patient admissions
Handle and provide support for means testing/social support
Provide financial counselling to patients or their Next of Kin
Handle discharge and billing processes
Submit claims for Medisave / Medishield
Attend to enquiries on billings, deposits and means testing
Attend to the auditors on the audit of means testing and financial counselling
Any other work assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

GCE 'O' level/Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field
Minimum 3 years' working experience in healthcare industry
Mature, dynamic and self-motivated with the ability to work with little supervision
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
