Roles & Responsibilities

Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in new markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the building materials industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve revenue targets in new markets across Southeast Asia.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
Establish strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and market expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitive activities to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the building materials industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in Southeast Asia, with experience expanding into new markets in the region.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
