    Roles & Responsibilities


    As an Assistant Service Manager supporting the Outlet Manager, you will play a key role in implementing business plans for the outlet while overseeing staff management and addressing personnel issues. Your responsibilities will include managing customer service, handling scheduling, daily operations, cashier duties, loss prevention, maintenance, and back office support. Additionally, you will be involved in recruiting, training, and motivating staff members.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Administering purchasing and receiving procedures
    • Conducting food and beverage hygiene audits
    • Conducting orientation and training sessions
    • Implementing staff performance assessment processes
    • Ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
    • Driving service innovation
    • Building internal and external stakeholder relationships
    • Implementing loss/risk prevention strategies
    • Leading teams through change initiatives
    • Inspiring with a service-oriented vision
    • Managing business continuity plans
    • Overseeing site/outlet and equipment maintenance
    • Supervising training programs
    • Enhancing the customer experience
    • Monitoring income and expenses
    • Providing insights for management decision-making
    • Ensuring quality control for service delivery
    • Supervising bar service operations
