Job Description
Upskills provides expert financial software consulting to investment banks and leading financial institutions in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Europe. With a strong, Front to Back expertise in the cash and derivatives markets, coupled by an in-depth knowledge of financial markets technologies, we provide smart and efficient solutions.
We are seeking a highly motivated MLC Risk Analyst with a strong knowledge and experience in the client side:

Manage and analyze business requirements into a solution design, managing user requirements workshops and formulation of an overall solution design, modelling transactions through the system to ensure that the business requirements are met.

• Hands-on business analysis role to analyze and propose solutions for business issues, process changes and functional requirements.

• Design test cases & defining testing approaches.

• Work with different IT teams across infrastructure, and other divisions to deliver system solutions for the business.

• Work with vendor to resolve issues and answer user queries.

• Assist Users during the testing phase.

• Working on the trade migration approach.

• Collaborate with stakeholders on their priorities, needs as well as system improvements.

• Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users and stake holders.

• Conduct user training sessions.

• Work extended hours/Weekends during critical phases of the project to meet the timelines of project milestones on a need basis and also be flexible with work timings.

• Requirement Gathering for FO Interfaces & Reports.

Requirements

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering or in Finance domain
Strong Murex Knowledge
Minimum of 5 years as a business analyst/system analyst in Credit Risk
Experience on the Murex MLC module
Good understanding of Credit Risk business processes
Proven and demonstrable track record delivering projects in financial services – preferable Investment banking and Risk
Solid experience in gathering and writing requirements and functional specifications.
Strong technical & functional background
Proficient communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
