    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • To assist Deputy Administration Manager in the execution of duties
    • To handle all welfare (adequate working conditions, food, transport) matters that arise in the company
    • To assist in keeping discipline amongst staff in their daily attendance / punctuality etc.
    • To ensure that sales quotation has been sent out on time, and follow up on the subsequent confirmation of order by informing purchaser.
    • Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; order replacement supplies as needed.
    • Monitoring and maintaining infrastructure and working condition and environment
    • To assist Administration department in updating, creating, and maintaining records and databases.
    • Supporting department managers, staff, and CEO with their manpower requirements and assist in redeploying manpower as per required
    • To assist on HR duties
    • Perform others duties as assigned on case-to-case basis

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • 5.5-day work week
