    Roles & Responsibilities

    Concierge Officer

    The role of the Concierge Officer is crucial in maintaining exceptional customer service standards and interactions for Paragon's shoppers and visitors.

    One must have a thorough understanding of the Paragon Club program to assist members with inquiries, show flexibility and expertise in customer service to handle various situations while always maintaining a positive attitude. Responsibilities include tasks at the main concierge counter, medical concierge counter, and Paragon Club lounge.

    Key Job Duties

    • Oversee daily operations at the concierge counters and Paragon Club lounge
    • Efficiently manage all customer service requests
    • Execute mall promotions such as gift redemptions and sale of Mall Vouchers
    • Conduct regular checks and walks throughout the mall
    • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of mall operations, the Paragon Club loyalty program, and available offerings
    • Stay updated on mall activities, events, and relevant information
    • Provide support to Senior Chief Concierge and team members as needed

    Required Skills

    • Minimum GCE "O" Level certificate.
    • At least 2 years of experience in shopping malls, hospitality, or premium lounges
    • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Exceptional grooming and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Google Suite is a plus
    • Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
