    Roles & Responsibilities

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Advisors and Head of Client Services, this executive will support our Relationship Managers (RMs) in portfolio management, trade execution, liquidity management and client services & operation support. His/her responsibilities include (but not limited to):

    · Helping to process onboarding requests which includes liaising with the clients and Private Banks for due diligence checks and documentation

    · Support Relationship Managers (RMs) to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients so as to achieve client retention

    · Partner Clients, Business Support and service providers to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery of clients' requirements

    · Understanding of all desk administration and ability to manage the meetings of RMs

    · Understand client requirements and assist RMs in daily maintenance of account relationships and portfolio reporting.

    · Act as the client key interface over initiation of clients' instructions and assists with account monitoring, cash management, preparation of clients' instructions, forms and any other instruction

    · Initiate account openings / closures / update instruction checklists and interface with client to ensure completeness of documentations.

    · Ensure timely follow up on client calls / queries

    · Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

    · Track and follow up on outstanding documentation and fee payments

    · Trade & settlement record keeping, monitoring, funding and reconciliation

    · Assists with Audit requirements

    · Maintenance of clients' static data

    · Supporting administrative and enhancement projects as assigned from time to time

    Skills, Knowledge and Competencies

    · A highly developed and keen sense of teamwork

    · Ability to understand issues and appropriately escalate to Management in a timely fashion

    · Dynamic, detail-oriented person and able to work under pressure

    · Strong analytical skills

    · Proficient in MS Office

    · Excellent communication skills

    · Relevant academic or professional experience preferred (Banking & Finance, Priority/Private Banking)
