- Being the project owner for CSLS (Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty Study, including Net Promoter Score) with high-quality deliverables which include:Timely survey preparation and deployment in collaboration with the HQ Customer Insight teamCapable of identifying issues from the data and subsequently analysing and building story to arrive at a quality insight reportTimely execution of quarterly CSLS broadcast (which attracts +1000 attendees in each session)
- Being accountable for ongoing brand tracking research projects with high-quality insight reports, i.e.;Brand Awareness and Reputation StudyCommercial Brand Pulse Study
- Supporting ad-hoc customer insight projects that come along throughout the year
- Being resourceful and accountable for timely insight deliverables by leveraging secondary market data/reports, existing and newly acquired (qualitative/quantitative) customer data
- Being accountable for implementing and democratizing customer insight tools, frameworks, and processes when/wherever applicable
- Being a Customer Insight Partner both regionally and globally by building him/herself as a "go to" person for customer insights/voice of customers amongst APA internal clients as well as a wider Global Insight Community
- At least 3-4 years of experience in supply chain and logistics industry
- Education background in Economics, Psychology or Statistics, Marketing, Business Administration, etc. would be preferred.
- Enjoy 'playing' with data
- Willing to learn new skills/tools available for customer insights
- Basic understanding of different research methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to:Independently manage a research project end-to-end, which includes analysis, reporting & presentation to key internal clientsConduct basic data analyticsTranslate research/data findings into actionable business implicationsBe a collaborative team player and capable of working virtually with geographically dispersed teams/colleagues
- Native English and Chinese (Mandarin) speaker with strong presentation and writing skills in both languages
- Experience in managing and coaching a new graduate or intern
- Experience working in customer/consumer research and consultancy agency
- Experience in data analytics
- Familiar with tools like Power BI, Google Analytics, Salesforce, or equivalent
- Great understanding of Net Promoter Score (NPS) or other similar customer loyalty survey systems, and ability to make use of it to identify opportunities to improve customer experience
- Additional Asia Pacific languages like Japanese, Korean, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese
