    Roles & Responsibilities

    Being responsible in the workplace is very important. Here's what you need to do:

    • Address inquiries and requests from calls/emails professionally and promptly.
    • Keep accurate information on customer interactions in the CRM system.
    • Follow-up with customers as promised, in a timely manner.
    • Notify management of any issues that require escalation for resolution.
    • Prepare necessary requests such as policy summaries, premium details, beneficiary information accurately.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders on service request requirements.
    • Ensure service requests are met within set standards.
    • Take on additional projects or tasks as needed.


    What Skills/Requirements are needed?

    • Preferably 'A' Levels or Diploma with relevant work experience.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented and meticulous in work.
    • High integrity, takes ownership of tasks, and has a positive attitude. Can work well independently and with a team.
