- Address inquiries and requests from calls/emails professionally and promptly.
- Keep accurate information on customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow-up with customers as promised, in a timely manner.
- Notify management of any issues that require escalation for resolution.
- Prepare necessary requests such as policy summaries, premium details, beneficiary information accurately.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on service request requirements.
- Ensure service requests are met within set standards.
- Take on additional projects or tasks as needed.
- Preferably 'A' Levels or Diploma with relevant work experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous in work.
- High integrity, takes ownership of tasks, and has a positive attitude. Can work well independently and with a team.
