    Responsibilities:

    Responsible for CT product line management by completing a full round of the product line management cycle each year following the global methodology and procedure for region as well as coordinating for CTAP units, exclude Korea and China.

    Develop and implement new systems, best practices, inventory control, demand planning, and other optimizations in order to grow the business. Support sales for new project material plan/forecast.

    Drive continuous improvement in process and systems within the functional group to result in operations excellence and create competitive advantage in the market by ensure on time efficient and reliable local delivery services to customers,

    meeting their expectations at a reasonable cost.

    Support the sales forecasts process and challenge the forecasts reliability, at both regional and local levels by collecting information and coordinate forecasts as required with sales and finance departments and ensuring the consistency between the forecasts updates and the budget estimates.Follow-up the forecasts accuracy and communicate and challenge the assumptions made to build the forecasts.

    Ensure a consistent procurement planning for all the existing and future products within the region by making sure that the sales plans are achievable from a products availability point of view. Validate the procurement planning provided by the system and communicate with the global sales administrations any foreseeable concerns.Ensure the proper communication to the local stakeholders in case of stock-out risks.

    Manage the logistics subcontractors ensuring smooth operational physical flows, from the warehouse to the customers and distributors.Propose and implement with the subcontractors optimizations regarding the local operations, in terms of transportation and warehousing. Establish the process for 3rd party supplier management and perform evaluation timely.

    Qualifications:

    Degree in Business Administration and other related discipline.

    Five years of working experience in sales and marketing administration, customer service and shipping / logistics functions.

    Good knowledge in Supply Chain processes and their best practices

    Able to work with an ERP system and/or integrated tools to manage sales forecasts, stocks and procurement.

    A good command of MS Office, especially Excel and Access for data Analysis and Handling

    Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

    Good spoken and written English. Proficiency in Chinese is required for communication with Chinese speaking clients
