    Description


    We are a recruitment agency specialised in nanny, caregivers, helpers, caretakers etc, we are looking for qualified receptionist & admin to manage from front office operations.1.

    Manage Phone calls and direct it to right person.2. Track escalation calls and ensure the respective team member is providing a resolution and report it to management.3. Documentation, MOM application, reports and tracking4. Ensure tracking of all closed applications, timely update to clients until the applicants join.5. Manage company Facebook page, manage applicants enquiries and forward it to bio creation team.6. Embassy documentation and tracking.7. Liaising with other third party vendors and ensuring their deliverables are on time. Willing to work on both weekends. Off day will be on weekdays.


    Requirements and skills:

    • Front Office Representative or similar role2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, emails etc3. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g.printers)4. Professional attitude and appearance5. Good written and verbal communication skills6. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise7. Excellent organizational skills8. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks9. Customer service attitude. 10. Willing to work on weekends.
