- Working closely with multi-party, internal and external stakeholders for seamless, 360 sales execution.
- Monitor, track, and ensure company business and financial objectives are met, including but not limited to print, radio, digital, OOH and magazines, new business and to develop any other commercial opportunities by working with digital demand partners and new channels partners.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to recruit partners, to enhance partnership experience in the market to grow and achieve business results. Drive commercial negotiations at field level to maximize all aspects of business.
- Plan and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders
- Define commercial strategy for each partner in line with business objective and GTM metrics. Working with DSP, SSP, ADX, advertising agencies, platforms, and affiliates in global market in developing leads and maintaining the relationship with partners to ensure continuing collaboration.
- Market Intelligence: gather market information that can be used to look for, and assess, new business opportunities (new partners, new technology, trend and expansion) to enhance image and visibility.
- Understand the company's products and platforms, cooperate with internal stakeholders. Combine the functions and characteristics of the products to ensure an effective flow of information to deliver business objectives. Ensure any implementation is in line with corporate and brand guidelines.
- At least a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant media working experience
- 2 -3 years of relevant experience in programmatic campaigns, high KPI performance record is a plus.
- Experience in business development through channel partners
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Self-motivated with the ability to be both a team player and work independently
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluent in English, business development experience with overseas markets, multi-language speaker is preferred
- Excellent communication, management, and presentation skills
- Self-organized and independently driven to meet/excel the goal
- Conceptualize, design and execute business plans
- Passion for new media and innovation is a big plus
