Responsibilities and Duties

To meet growing demands in graduate and corporate education, we are actively seeking candidates who are passionate in adult education and professional development.

Develop professional partnerships with industry partners, companies and trade associations.
Formulate B2B strategy and collaboration initiative to develop Industry Partnership
Engage industry partners to co-host careers and education event to enhance Aventis branding
Conduct Market research and feedback on upcoming trends and development from industry partners.
Promote executive education, academic courses and corporate training courses to industry partners.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Interest in Business Development
Strong communication (writing and speaking) and administrative skills
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work under pressure
You should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Dynamic work environment which comes with an attractive remuneration package.
