    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, customer-focused, and detail-oriented. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the Company's client schedules, providing logistical support for meetings, travel, accommodation, appointments, and events.
    • Accompany clients when necessary (to government offices, banks, etc).
    • Serve as the point of contact for the Company's clients.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
    • Address queries from authorities and prepare responses.
    • Liaise with relevant authorities regarding immigration and project-related matters raised by clients and business partners.
    • Assist clients with various settlement services, including bank account opening, house leasing, maid hiring, and school enrolment/tours.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Guide clients in document preparation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Fluency in English and Mandarin (for handling Mandarin-speaking clients and business associates).
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

    Education and Experience:

    • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
