About Our Client

Our client, a GroupIT consulting firm provides professional advisory services to businesses, specialising in analysing processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities. They collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, align IT solutions with business goals, and manage change.

Job Description

As an IT business analyst, you are responsible for:

Deliver expert IT guidance by comprehensively analysingbusiness processes, systems, and needs
Engage stakeholders to capture and document precise business requirements
Aid in the development and integration of IT systems, ensuring they meet business objectives and deadlines
Support change management efforts through communication, training, and assistance
Evaluate and optimise performance, recommending improvements as necessary
Lead continuous improvement initiatives by proposing innovative solutions
Review and enhance existing systems for efficiency
Assess business functions, user needs, and technical specifications
Maintain close oversight of project milestones
Facilitate effective communication in Japanese for collaboration with Japan HQ and partners

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of robust Business Analysis or relevant experience, along with essential business transformation and management skills. Proficiency in Project Management Body of Knowledge is necessary, and fluency in Japanese is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate will relocate to Japan for a duration of 6 months to 1 year initially.
