- Identify and engage promising creators who align with our platform's values and vision.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard new creators to the platform.
- Craft personalized welcome experiences to get creators comfortable and excited to participate.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to creators, helping them maximize their success on the platform.
- Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns that showcase our creators and build platform awareness.
- Manage our presence on key social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.
- Create compelling content, including video, images, and written copy, that resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor social media conversations and respond promptly to questions and comments.
- Analyze social media data and generate reports to track progress and optimize strategies.
- Identify and build relationships with brands, influencers, and other organizations relevant to our creator community.
- Facilitate collaborations and partnerships that benefit both our platform and creators.
- Manage all aspects of partnership programs, from initial contact to execution and evaluation.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management and/or community management.
- Experience in managing partnerships, and building and maintaining relationships
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
- Adapts well to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
