    About the Opportunity:

    We're looking for a passionate Community Manager to join our growing marketing team and play a key role in cultivating a vibrant ecosystem for our creators. You'll be the bridge between our platform and its amazing creatives, nurturing relationships, fostering collaboration, and amplifying their work across the social media landscape.

    Your Responsibilities:

    Creator Outreach & Onboarding:

    • Identify and engage promising creators who align with our platform's values and vision.
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard new creators to the platform.
    • Craft personalized welcome experiences to get creators comfortable and excited to participate.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to creators, helping them maximize their success on the platform.

    Social Media Management:

    • Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns that showcase our creators and build platform awareness.
    • Manage our presence on key social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.
    • Create compelling content, including video, images, and written copy, that resonates with our target audience.
    • Monitor social media conversations and respond promptly to questions and comments.
    • Analyze social media data and generate reports to track progress and optimize strategies.

    Collaborations & Partnerships:

    • Identify and build relationships with brands, influencers, and other organizations relevant to our creator community.
    • Facilitate collaborations and partnerships that benefit both our platform and creators.
    • Manage all aspects of partnership programs, from initial contact to execution and evaluation.

    Experience and Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management and/or community management.
    • Experience in managing partnerships, and building and maintaining relationships
    • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
    • Adapts well to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
