    This division is crucial to the overall business and plays a key role in shaping its market perception and success. Our team is focused on establishing a strong position in communications planning, strategic execution, and client relationships. As the deputy to the Head of Operations for your set of accounts, the Business Director holds a vital position in achieving this goal.
    Reporting Structure:

    • You report directly to the Head of Operations.
    • You oversee a team comprising 2 Account Managers and 1 Planner.
    • You collaborate closely with the Performance team on Integrated campaigns.
    • You are responsible for managing your team and any specialized services involved in your business operations.
    The role involves:
    1. Maintaining strong client relationships and partnerships with other agencies
    2. Working on a key local account managed by OMG
    3. Developing media plans based on core insights in collaboration with assigned strategists
    4. Managing day-to-day execution of media solutions
    5. Ensuring efficient implementation through internal or external specialists
    6. Managing specialist divisions within your business
    7. Demonstrating business acumen and building trust with both external and internal stakeholders.
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Client relationship management
    • Leading day-to-day account management for assigned accounts
    • Serving as the primary point of contact for all client media communication needs
    • Owning the quality of all deliverables sent to the client
    2. Strategic media development
    • Contributing to insights and creative solutions development
    • Participating in planning workshops and idea generation sessions
    3. Implementational process management
    • Leading the planning process
    • Overseeing delivery partners to ensure adherence to brief and budget
    • Empowering Account Managers/Planners to create innovative plans
    • Ensuring timely delivery of all reports and templates
    • Managing post-campaign reporting for strategy evaluation
    • Supervising competitive data collection
    • Collaborating with Head of Buying to maximize media ROI
    4. Enhancing Profitability and Productivity
    • Maximizing productivity by managing workload effectively
    • Introducing suitable solutions and services
    5. Team and specialist relationships management
    • Internally: Managing direct reports, providing clear briefs
    • Engaging with the trading community
    • Developing career paths for direct reports
    • Externally: Establishing strong relationships with other agency personnel
    6. Upholding high standards
    • Ensuring all work meets high-quality standards
    • Contributing to inspiring and award-winning ideas
    • Challenging mediocrity
    7. Integration
    • Thinking as a solutions provider
    • Encouraging the use of other agency services
    Experience required:
    • Tertiary qualifications with 8 years of industry experience
    • Strong background in media planning and buying, with at least 2 years of local (Singapore) experience
    • Integrated media expertise
    • Sound understanding of media fundamentals and strategic planning
    • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
