What the role is

  • Strong families are the building blocks of a caring community. We want to help families realise their hopes and aspirations, strengthen familial bonds, and support them in overcoming challenges. You will be part of the Families for Life team within Partnership Division to develop and curate content to strengthen families, design and execute communications and engagement plans for family programmes, and work with stakeholders and volunteers to deliver family initiatives.

What you will be working on

  • Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director, you will be part of the Partnership Division (Family Life Group). You will be part of a team that works on developing marketing, comms & engagement plans on the family narrative & raise awareness of Families for Life initiatives (including social media).
Your day-to-day work may include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Strategic thinking and planning of a holistic communications and engagement plan to drive the dissemination of key family messaging and initiatives;
  • Development and management of marketing and communication plans to publicise and create awareness of Families for Life
  • Content creation and management of website and social media content to drive online marketing efforts

What we are looking for

  • Tertiary qualifications, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in developing and managing marketing initiatives; and managing events
  • Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant and positive personality, enjoys interacting with people from different backgrounds
  • Driven and selfmotivated, able to multitask
  • Able to work independently and a good team player
