I am a chemical engineering graduate from Singapore Institute of Technology, and I am interested in the pharmaceutical industry. I was a biotechnologist at Tessa Therapeutics Ltd!

Experience

As a biotechnologist in the manufacturing department in Tessa Therapeutics Ltd, I was preparing materials for production, this included skills like basic good manufacturing practices, aseptic techniques and more.  I also handled the inventory in production where I would liaise with supply chain to request and receive materials.

Education

As a chemical engineering graduate, I learnt things from basic chemistry to applied physics and use that knowledge to apply to projects. Projects were to design a chemical plant included engineering design and simulation, safety studies, environmental studies and economical studies. This ensured that every single aspect has been considered to ensure that the plant is not only safe, environmentally friendly but also profitable.
