I have a passion working in the travel industry and have been working in this trade for 12 years. I like to engage with people from different backgrounds. I have unskilled myself by obtaining additional specialist diploma in MICE and event management that comprises tourism management and operations last year. 

I previously worked in Tradewinds Tours and Travel and have worked in a few divisions:

1. Inbound Operation - Managing Singapore stopover holidays reservations, assisting in booking enquiries and provide help desk support to mishandled travellers. 

2. International Sales - facilitate overseas agent training in English and Mandarin on how to use the in-house reservation system to make bookings. Monitor, tracking of sales and constantly updates the agents on the promotions that are extended to Tradewinds to encourage bookings

3. MICE - customised coporate incentive trips based on client group requirements by offering a quote along with a suitable itinerary that match the group profile. Support in our parent company event logistics from managin the conference delegates rooming to mend the hospitality booth in distributing conference kits.

I graduated from Temasek Polytechnic with a specialist diploma in MICE and event managemen and a diploma in leisure and resort management in the respective year 2021 and 2010.
