Roles & ResponsibilitiesAPAC SVP

We are seeking a dynamic Managing Director to lead our talented team and drive the agency's success in the APAC region.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
· Develop and implement a visionary strategy aligned with industry trends and client needs.
· Define long-term goals and collaborate with the Global SVP to ensure successful implementation.
· Provide inspirational leadership to foster creativity, innovation, and execution excellence.
Client Relationship Management:
· Maintain oversight of Tier 1 Accounts, supporting growth and sales initiatives.
· Build and nurture strong client relationships, exceeding expectations and offering strategic insights.
· Review quotes and SoWs to ensure profitability, making critical business decisions for successful project acquisition.
Operational Excellence:
· Plan, coordinate, and manage all business operations to achieve goals.
· Evaluate and improve business processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
· Oversee day-to-day operations, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Business Development:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the agency's client base.
· Collaborate with the business development team to create compelling pitches and presentations.
Financial Management:
· Manage the agency's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
· Develop and maintain regional business plans, overseeing budgets and costs.
· Review operational reports, management accounts, client breakdowns, and sales trackers for performance evaluation.
· Determine staffing requirements, ensuring prompt fulfilment in line with business needs.
· Review promotions and pay raises before submission to SMT for approval, aligning with business plans.
· Approve departmental spending based on need, data, and strategic thinking.
Leadership and Communication:
· Supervise department heads, overseeing hiring, training, and performance management.
· Support sales teams and key account managers in client retention and growth.
· Conduct BMG sessions and organize check-ins, checkouts, and regional company updates.
· Provide solutions to issues, ensuring a unified approach and clear communications across the leadership team.
