- Manage relationships and be the main contact for all regional & local partners, system integrators, and digital agencies within the partner network in Southeast Asia and India
- Acquire new partners and nurture relationships with strategic partners
- Collaborate with internal teams and partner organizations to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Create joint business plans with key partners to drive partner-initiated business
- Align sales and marketing efforts, drive account planning, and execute demand-generating initiatives
- Participate in developing joint solutions and service offerings, support partner's Sitecore capabilities for exceptional client solutions

About the Role/ The Opportunity: This position focuses on partner-oriented business development aimed at expanding and enhancing the business with Sitecore's partner network. We are seeking a seasoned, sales-oriented business development expert with experience in digital marketing, customer experience, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have a background in selling intricate software solutions and services with partners to mid-market and enterprise clients. Responsibilities include achieving and surpassing business targets generated through partners, ensuring strong partner engagement in sales deals to secure wins, and guaranteeing successful post-sales implementation. This individual will manage partner acquisition, new partnerships/affiliates, and business expansion with existing and strategic partners.
