Roles & Responsibilities

As the Senior Analyst, HRIS (Change Management), your main goal is to enhance the operational effectiveness of the business. Key responsibilities include:

Building strong relationships with agencies as the Cumulus HCM business liaison.
Developing plans to promote the adoption of system modifications among superusers.
Managing and improving Workday functionality within Cumulus for all users.
Creating scalable procedures to uphold HR best practices.
Identifying opportunities for business productivity enhancement through process re-engineering initiatives.
Collaborating with agency leaders and IT teams to address Workday issues and ensure consistent solutions.
Developing comprehensive Workday guidelines, conducting user training sessions, and assessing system functionality.
Organizing and prioritizing Workday requirements for agencies, communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval.
Staying updated on the latest HRIS technology and best practices.

Requirements:

Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and practical involvement in HR procedures.
Experience with enterprise systems, particularly Workday.
Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to operate in uncertain circumstances and execute new initiatives.
Strong organizational abilities for managing HRIS projects and change management processes.
