Job Overview:

The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring seamless operation and utilization of its key components. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and technology.

Responsibilities:

Manage employee information within the HRIS, including personal details, job profiles, compensation data, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate HRIS with other organizational systems and customize functionalities as needed.
Support performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
Facilitate learning and development programs, including training initiatives and certification tracking.
Maintain and optimize the employee self-service portal, providing employees with access to relevant HR resources and information.
Generate reports and analyze HR data to identify trends, metrics, and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, managing compliance training and facilitating audits.

Qualifications:

Recognised degree/diploma in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
years of experience working in HRIS administration or a similar role.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms with a strong understanding of its key components and functionalities.
Knowledge of HR processes and best practices, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and performance management.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and generate meaningful insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
