Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

We are expanding, and we are looking for someone who has an eye for detail and the following, not limited to the following. He/She will report to our Senior Finance Executive and Director.

Job Descriptions

Manage full sets of accounts of entities assigned, not limited to GL, AR and AP functions, Fixed Assets and cash flow management
Responsible for day-to-day transactions, preparation of monthly/ quarterly/ yearly financial and management reports and forecasts, and bank, audit and tax schedules
Handle intercompany reconciliations and petty cash
Verify suppliers' statements of account and invoices
Manage and track inventory
Prepare Financial Statement
Handle GST submissions
Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in appropriate accounting period
Ensure records are maintained in accordance with prevailing accounting standards, and Company policies and procedures
Work closely with Operations team and suppliers directly
Other ad-hoc duties assigned when required

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/ Finance or equivalent
Must be able to handle full sets
Min. 1 year of relevant finance/ accounts experience. Past working experience in F&B industry is an added advantage
Experience in inventory management is an added advantage
Familiar in accounting and office productivity software such as Xero, will be an added advantage
Familiar with XBRL
Able to submit AGM
Able to work with tight deadlines Detail-orientated, positive attitude, pleasant interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and is a good team player
Immediate or short notice period will be an added advantage
