- Manages initiation, planning, execution, and close of projects.

- Report generation for Project Governance, as well as data analysis of current developments related to the Projects the individual is assigned to and impact on Bio-Rad.
- Personal development and coaching of other Non-PM staff to the practices of Project Management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant technology.
- 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. (desirable: experience in Medical Diagnostics, Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industries)
- Project management training and certification (., PMP) preferred.
- Lean and Six Sigma certification desired
- Proven track record of the ability to effectively lead and motivate others towards a given objective. Inspires enthusiasm, confidence and respect from subordinates and peers.
