Join Our Team as a Technical Support Engineer

Are you a technically proficient individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer support? Do you have experience in network switches configuration, and setting up and configuring door access and CCTV systems? If so, we invite you to join our team at Securevision Pte Ltd.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Technical Support Engineer to join our team and provide technical assistance to our customers.

Position: Technical Support Engineer

Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
Assist customers with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of network switches, door access systems, and CCTV systems.
Perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and engineering, to address customer inquiries and concerns.
Document and maintain records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
Provide on-site technical support to customers as needed, including system setup and configuration.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in security systems technology.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in engineering or a related field.
Familiarity with network switch configuration and protocols.
Experience setting up and configuring door access systems and CCTV systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Customer-focused with a proactive approach to providing technical support.

Salary Range:

The salary for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
